BMW X6
All the BMW X6 are made same as the BMW X5 at the Spartanburg’s BMW plant, USA.
The BMW Dynamic Performance Control mechanism allows to vary the torque produced by the rear wheels independently and is designed for maximum stability in both phases of acceleration and braking.
Since March 2010, the BMW X6 is available only in 8-speed automatic gearbox.
Some of the features which are available for the BMW X6 are: Active Steering, Reversing Camera, Adaptive Drive (anti-roll and auto-adjusting shock absorbers), Adaptive Front lighting System (improved illumination in curves), Head-Up Display, Level adjustment for the suspension (air suspension at the rear axle for more stability and comfort when fully loaded), Four-zone climate control.
Compared with the current BMW X5 Sports Activity Coupe Bavaria, the BMW X6 is 60 mm wider at the back and has a lower ride height with about 10 mm. Lower roof line offers a lower center of gravity.
